Eldorado High School is proud to launch Vision 2030, a bold and forward-looking strategic plan designed to guide the school’s growth and innovation over the next decade. Vision 2030 reflects a shared commitment among students, staff, families, and community partners to ensure every student graduates prepared for the future.
The plan is anchored in four strategic focus areas:
Safe & Supportive Schools – creating a secure, welcoming learning environment for all students and staff.
College & Career Readiness – expanding pathways that prepare students for success after high school.
Rigorous & Relevant Curriculum – ensuring students are challenged and engaged in meaningful learning experiences.
Community Partnerships & Engagement – strengthening connections between the school, families, and local organizations.
“Vision 2030 isn’t just a plan—it’s a promise to our students and our community,” said Cody Cusic, Superintendent & Principal of Eldorado High School. “We are focused on preparing our students for the future by providing safe schools, strong academic programs, real-world opportunities, and meaningful community partnerships.”
Through Vision 2030, Eldorado High School is already expanding Career & Technical Education (CTE) pathways, launching initiatives like the hydroponic greenhouse project, growing partnerships with local industry leaders, and increasing access to dual-credit coursework through regional college partners.
The plan also emphasizes ongoing professional development for teachers, innovative instructional practices, enhanced school safety measures, and new opportunities for student voice and leadership.
“Our students deserve the very best we can offer,” added Cusic. “Vision 2030 is about coming together as one community to make that happen.”
